This Residential property Had some External Painting needing attention External stained windows, Wooden Barge board to Perimeter of property and 3 x gables to front elevation. We enlisted the help of a Elevated work Platform (EWP) to safely reach the areas of height and complete the preparation and painting to a high standard.
The stained bifold doors had been poorly maintained over the years and had the wrong products applied resulting in a complete breakdown of the system. We applied paint stripper to this coating prior to sanding and got the substrate back to bare so we could appropriately prepare and apply the correct stain and varnish system for a long lasting finish.
Ensuring the use of sanders power tools and EWP Machines did not interfere with clients Homeoffice or neighbours we communicated clearly and openly with all parties involved to ensure minimal disruption and access to properties whilst completing the works.
