This Inner city residential dwelling received a full external repaint. The cement rendered walls had areas of water damaged causing coatings to fail with the appearance of flaking and peeling. We also tackled the external of all sash windows and feature bifold doors which were again in poor condition with areas of wood rott , damaged glazing putty and old paint coatings flaking and peeling.
Over the coarse of the project our team utilised our knowledge and professionalism to achieve a restored new look for this property. Using dustless sanding equipment and clean work methods we ensured our impact to the homeowners was minimal during completion of works with the aim to achieve a quality long lasting finish.
